Roman Reigns has had a bitter-sweet week in WWE. On one hand, he became the fifth pro-wrestler in WWE history to enter the elite ‘1000-day reign as a world champion’ club. On the other hand, he was subjected to another betrayal in the promotion. One of the reasons that contributed to the last betrayal was Reigns’ controlling nature, which didn’t sit well with one of his cousins.

Meanwhile, fans reacted to a NSFW move by The Tribal Chief, moments before the start of his bout with current WWE tag team champions Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens.

He was standing near the ropes and facing the fans when Reigns proceeded to mimic taking off his belt and spanking.

The gesture went viral almost immediately. Needless to say, fans had their say about Reigns breaking character.

Meanwhile, the gesture bore a similarity to a threat that Reigns made towards Jimmy Uso, his cousin, just hours before the match.

It led to the latter snapping, costing his Tribal Chief the match. But how did it unfold?

Here’s how Jimmy Uso lost it

If you think Reigns was the only one who pushed Jimmy Uso to his limits, you are probably not right. It had more to it than that. Rikishi’s older twin son was berated by Reigns inside his locker room in front of the former’s brothers, Jey Uso and Solo Sikoa, and Wise Man Paul Heyman. “Think back when we was kids. Think about it. I whooped you then. I’ll whoop you now. It ain’t changed,” Reigns told the 37-year-old, who had refused to sit down after being ordered so by the Head of the Table.

Finally, Reigns’ public humiliation of The Usos in front of a capacity crowd broke the camel’s back. Trying to help their Bloodline, The Usos launched a sneak attack on Zayn and Owens. However, Zayn was able to move out of a superkick from the duo, which accidentally hit their younger brother, Sikoa. This left Reigns angry, who chastised the twins inside the ring.

But instead of apologizing, Jimmy Uso hit The Tribal Chief with a superkick. After justifying his actions to his brother Jey, the older twin landed another kick to throw Reigns out of the ring.

The kick did not just cost Reigns the match, as Sami Zayn was able to pin Solo Sikoa for the win, but it also broke one of WWE’s fiercest stables in recent history.
