Just weeks after several media outlets reported about his financial losses, Dwayne Johnson found himself hitting the headlines yet again. This time too for finances. But not losses. Johnson reportedly donated a huge amount to the SAG-AFTRA Foundation Relief Fund, backing the strike as Hollywood continues to witness an impasse. And shortly after that, Johnson was back to his elements, promoting his own brand.

The wrestler-turned-actor capitalized on an opportunity to plug one of his ventures, which has accumulated a net worth of $3.5 billion.

If you are a Dwayne Johnson fan, by now you must have realized which among his several companies the 51-year-old promoted. If not, it’s Teremana, Johnson’s tequila venture, which he launched in 2020.

In just three years, the spirits company has amassed a net worth of $3.5 billion and provides a steady income for The Rock. He promoted the brand on the occasion of National Tequila Day and captioned the tweet as: “Sound of the @Teremana cork pop just hits different 😃🥃.”

Johnson also uploaded a video of a montage, where he used clips and sound bytes of himself opening Teremana bottles. In the end, he raised a toast, reminding people of enjoying their ‘mana’. “This one’s for you,” he says as it flashes ‘Happy National Tequila Day’. This comes just after news broke out of Johnson’s historic donation to the organization supporting the striking Hollywood workers.

Johnson donated following a letter from Courtney B. Vance, president of the SAG-AFTRA Foundation. Vance wrote to 2,700 of Hollywood’s highest-paid actors, including ‘The People’s Champ’. He soon obliged with an undisclosed seven-figure donation.
