Seth Rollins still doesn’t want to say nice things about CM Punk. Since CM Punk’s surprise return to WWE at Survivor Series, Seth Rollins has made it clear that he doesn’t want anything to do with the star. Even though TV has made people’s views louder, there is real hostility between the two. Since Rollins has already said plenty of disparaging remarks towards Punk, but what will it take for him to say something nice?

Instead of complimenting CM Punk, Seth Rollins chooses hot sauce

Seth Rollins, the current World Heavyweight Champion, doesn’t say anything nice about CM Punk. Seth Rollins has said a lot of mean things about CM Punk since the former WWE Champion came back to WWE in November 2023.

Rollins and Becky Lynch were recently guests on the YouTube show Hot Ones. Rollins had to decide whether to say three positive things about Punk or eat a chicken wing that was way too spicy. To almost no one’s surprise, Rollins picked the wing and decided to suffer instead. He said,

God…you know what, here’s the thing about Punk. I’m sure there are some nice things to say about him. But this is a game of choice. I would rather suffer through this hot wing than say anything publicly nice about him.

Rollins took a bite of wings and continued with saying, “Yeah. This one’s for you, Punk. (Ate wing), Well here’s one thing I’ll say [that’s] nice about him. He’s a man of conviction, and so am I,” Rollins said as he bit the wing.

Now, coming to the next, WrestleMania 40 in heading down. Before WrestleMania 40, Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes look like they are getting too close. At the 2024 Royal Rumble, Cody Rhodes emerged as champion. He will do everything he can to finish the story and win the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at this year’s Show of Shows.

What will happen next?

The Undisputed WWE Universal Championship could go to Cody Rhodes instead of Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 40. The Rock is already a part of the story, and he might be even more important at The Show of Shows.

Bully Ray, a WWE Hall of Famer, thinks that the story would help Roman Reigns get close to another big record that Hulk Hogan holds. Cody would also have a chance to move his story along and maybe even end it in Madison Square Garden for great effect.

WWE fans must remain patient a little longer to find out what they have planned for this year’s “Show of Shows.” There’s no question that Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and Cody Rhodes will put on an outstanding show at The Grandest Stage of Them All this year.
