Despite everyone falling in love with the on-screen couple’s chemistry, not everyone likes to see them together. Cody Rhodes and Dominik Mysterio have traded blows multiple times, and are bitter rivals. While their rivalry started with Dom starting mind games and verbal assaults, Rhodes recently turned the tables.

The American Nightmare straightaway targeted the union of Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley. Despite this, Mami and Dom didn’t shy away from expressing their love via PDA before the WWE Universe on social media.

The enmity between Rhodes and Dominik Mysterio kept escalating and reached a high point when Rhodes eliminated The Judgment Day member at the Royal Rumble and then beat him in a match at Money in The Bank. Mami as always defended Dom from Cody Rhodes during their brawls.

Now after a lull, it seems the rivalry has again picked up. After Rhodes brought Jey Uso to RAW, The Judgment Day tried to recruit him into their faction. Rhodes tried to drive a wedge between Dom and Ripley by saying that while Dom loved Mami a lot, Mami eyed Jey Uso instead. Dominik Mysterio instantly denied Cody’s claims and said that no such thing happens in a true family. 

Mami tweeted the video of Cody, and wrote “Dom,” with dual hearts. Dom returned the lovely gesture and replied, “Mami” with a purple heart.

Fans were overjoyed by the adorable exchange and reacted to the tweets and video.
