Last week, Randy Orton gave WWE SmackDown general manager Nick Aldis a big reason to celebrate as he chose to join the Friday Night show. However, Aldis didn’t get to celebrate as he received an RKO shortly after. As what ‘The Viper’ did was wrong and uncalled for, SmackDown’s GM charged him $50,000 for attacking the general manager of the blue brand.
This week, Orton paid his fine but also guaranteed that there might be another RKO for Aldis in the future.

During a backstage segment on the 12/08 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, the fans saw Orton meeting up with Aldis. He was agitated as the SmackDown manager paired him with LA Knight to face Jey Uso and Solo Sikoa from The Bloodline because of what happened last week on the show.
‘The Apex Predator’ expressed his concerns about Knight, stating he’s not sure if he can trust him. Before leaving, he handed Aldis a check with a $100,000 amount. The SmackDown GM asked why the amount was double as the fine induced was only $50,000. Orton savagely claimed it was an advance payment for the RKO that Aldis might receive in the future.

Certainly, Aldis is not safe around Randy Orton, as he can receive an RKO out of nowhere, any day, anywhere, and anytime. The SmackDown GM better watch his back. But today he was safe as Orton had more important business to take care of, which was Uso and Sikao.
