Sasha Banks (aka Mercedes Mone) has been out of action since May after sustaining an ankle injury during a match at NJPW Resurgence. It has been seven months now and rumors are that she is ready to return to action. Word on the street is that she may re-sign with her old promotion, WWE.

It has been observed by the WWE Universe that Banks has been leaving clues that suggest her possible intention of joining the Stamford-based promotion. Just recently, she gave another cryptic indication that she may return to WWE soon.

Just a couple of hours ago, Banks logged onto her official Instagram handle and shared a selfie of herself outside the TD Garden in Boston. A noteworthy observation is that WWE held its latest live event in the same place, which adds an element of curiosity to the situation.

The 12/27/23 edition of the Holiday live tour emanated from the TD Garden and Banks was also present at the same place. This adds fuel to her WWE return even more. Banks was rumored to land in AEW, but so far there is no news about the deal. Therefore, there is a high chance that she will make a comeback to her old promotion.
