The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns is arguably on the hottest run of his career. With just a few days away from touching the magical number of 1000 days as world champion, Reigns has finally achieved his status as the face of WWE in the modern era.

A few years ago, Reigns was struggling to find his place. After The Shield disbanded, each member went on their own way. While Rollins turned heel, Ambrose aka Jon Moxley became a face and instantly hit with the fans. However, Reigns was finding it hard to connect with the fans as a babyface.

For the next several years, WWE tried to put Reigns over as one of the faces of the company. However, in 2020, they finally did what they should have done long ago, and turned Reigns heel. Roman Reigns’ heel turn worked wonders for him and the company.

During his reign, Reigns put all of his opponents down for the three count, and continued his title reign to 1000 days.

Throughout his long reign of nearly 1000 days, Reigns has faced challenges from different names such as Goldberg, John Cena, Daniel Bryan, Edge, Brock Lesnar, Seth Rollins, Cody Rhodes, and many more. However, every single time, Reigns has retained his title.

With him achieving the feat of 1000 days as world champion Reigns will surpass the combined title reigns of several major WWE legends such as Randy Orton, John Cena, Dwayne Johnson, The Undertaker, and many more.

Whereas, Roman Reigns has held the WWE Universal Championship alone for 999 days, and will touch 1000 on 27th May 2023. He won the WWE Championship from Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 38 and has held the title for 418 days.
