The WWE will travel to Atlanta, GA on 19th January for SmackDown as they inch closer to Royal Rumble. On their path to WrestleMania, the SmackDown roster is gearing up to build up feuds. From major storylines involving The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns, and Randy Orton, to mid-carders, we take our shot at the match-card and much more.

What does SmackDown have brewing for this week?

1. Contract Signing: Roman Reigns is set to face LA Knight, Randy Orton, and AJ Styles in a Fatal Four-Way match at Royal Rumble. To build up the match, Nick Aldis will summon all four superstars for a contract signing which has chaos written all over it. Though united by a common goal, the three superstars are willing to fight against each other for the title.

2. Randy Orton vs. Solo Sikoa: Last week’s amalgamation of The Bloodline against The Viper, The Megastar, and The Phenomenal resulted in a triumphant win. So, this week, Randy Orton will get a chance at The Enforcer of The Bloodline to build up some momentum heading into the Rumble. But it may soon turn into a chaotic situation as they turn on each other.

3. Logan Paul vs. Kevin Owens Promo: After winning an 8-member tournament, Kevin Owens will finally get his hands on US Champion Logan Paul. Last week, Paul was punched in his face by Owens, so this week they will face each other in a promo segment on The Kevin Owens Show. And we believe that The Maverick will get the upper hand against the fighting machine this time.

4. Unholy Union for Tag Team title: WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Katana Chance and Kayden Carter will defend their title against Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn. The Unholy Union has been casting mystical spells on the titles due to its unfortunate history. Our prediction: Chance and Carter will retain their title.

5. Escobar and his crew win: The LWO will take on the trio of Santos Escobar and Angel & Umberto in a six-man tag team match as part of their ongoing rivalry. The slow pace of the feud may see Escobar score a win this time to build up for his match against Carlito.

6. Butch and Bate: Butch and his old friend Bate will face Pretty Deadly in a tag-team match this week. Bate joined Butch last week as they secured a win. Well, this week they may repeat the same as WWE may try to build up the duo bringing the strong British style to play.
