In the past couple of years, we have lost several WWE and wrestling legends. Moreover, several yesteryear stars are facing health problems and are admitted to the hospital. However, a WWE Hall of Famer recently took his last breath at the age of 78-year-old. It saddened the wrestling world, and they paid their condolences to the WWE legend.
Popular tag team The Bushwackers member Bushwhacker Butch recently passed away at the age of 78 years old. We widely know him for his stint in WWE from 1988 to 1996 along with his partner Bushwhacker Luke.
Butch and his partner Luke won the tag team gold all around the world but never won a title in WWE. However, they were immensely popular in Vince McMahon’s company back in the late 80s and early 90s.

Before joining and after leaving WWE, The Bushwhackers were called The Sheepherders. Butch and Luke majorly wrestled in the Pacific region as they hailed from New Zealand. Butch retired from in-ring competition in the year 2001 and after that, mainly appeared in non-wrestling media.

In 2015, John Laurinaitis inducted The Bushwhackers into the WWE Hall of Fame to commemorate their legendary tag team career. Nevertheless, Butch’s passing away is an enormous loss in the wrestling world, and many stars came forward to pay tribute to him.

Several WWE legends and current stars, along with wrestling veterans, came together to pay their condolences to Butch after the news of his death was announced. Stars like Sean Waltman, Hurricane Helms, Samantha Irvin, Jake Roberts, Iron Sheik, etc shared a tweet to pay a tribute to Butch’s life.
