Not only have legends of the WWE praised him for his work, but even his foes have cited him to be a workhorse. The fans shower him with deafening boos every time he tries to talk, but that hasn’t stopped him.

Tonight, CM Punk is about to have his first match in the WWE after a decade, and his opponent is Dirty Dom. But what does Rhea Ripley think about it?

While the legendary Madison Square Garden was getting set up for the show, Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest were asked about Dom’s upcoming match. In true Judgment Day spirit, the two expressed that he would beat Punk like any member of the Judgment Day would. Ripley even took a dig at Punk’s iconic line.

While all members of JD had matches on tonight, even defending their titles, nothing was as hyped as Dominik’s. While not a big name on the roster, being selected to face Punk on his debut match in-ring after a decade is a massive achievement for the rising star.

Ripley said, “He’s going to perform like he’s the Best in the World.” Punk immortalized these words for himself. However, Ripley was talking about her Dom Dom when she used it. Priest mentioned that he would hold up the honor of the Judgment Day.

Despite losing his title to Dragon Lee, the members of JD have always treated Mysterio as the kid in the group. The members are supportive, and with Mami by his side, they don’t always pick on him. This comes despite losing a significant number of matches.

Facing Punk after losing to Randy Orton

Dominik was the first person Randy Orton faced after his return to the WWE. Punk would be the second returning star Mysterio would face. This goes to show that despite being fodder in a squash match, Dom is getting the recognition.

The hype around Punk’s match has been seen before. This not only elevates the company but also makes Dom Dom a household name.
