The Eradicator, in fact, came out with battle scars. In the midst of her match, Ripley faced another problem that she shared with her followers on social media. Naturally, when you’re facing a 6-foot-tall insurmountable obstacle like Raquel Rodriguez, you’re hitting a brick wall. So, what was Rhea Ripley’s recent problem?

The 26-year-old Aussie wrestler went to war. And unlike how she walks out unscathed against her other opponents, Raquel Rodriguez pushed her to the limit. It was also reported previously that Rhea Ripley was seen bleeding from her nose, as her nose rings were ripped off during the match.

On her Instagram Story, Rhea Ripley laid bare her personal loss, stating that she lost two out of her four nose rings. She wrote, “From 4 nose rings…to 2. Imma fix this!”

Rhea Ripley normally wears four nose rings. It appears that she lost the other two while she traded blows with Raquel Rodriguez. Anyway, even with one bad knee, Rodriguez dominated the match.

Ultimately, the distraction from Dominic Mysterio allowed the champion to hit the Rip Tide to pick up the win and retain her Women’s Championship. Although she lost her two nose rings, Ripley was determined to resolve the issue. She successfully addressed in a subsequent Instagram Story that the problem was fixed.

In the follow-up Instagram Story, Ripley showcased herself wearing a new nose ring. She also wrote, “Babies are back,” referring to her new nose pieces. 

It’s no secret that Rhea Ripley is a body modification enthusiast. The absence of flesh in her earlobes alone proves that she differs from other wrestlers. In addition to her love for piercings, she is also a tattoo lover. Therefore, no wonder she was conspicuously upset when she lost her nose rings.
