A sophisticated and complex company like WWE doesn’t take it easy when it comes to legal actions, whether it is by fans or wrestlers. So, many people steer clear of causing WWE or any of its wrestlers any trouble. But this fan did not get the memo about it.

A fan took a sign with a star’s husband’s image on it and conveyed a hate message to the arena. While the star tore it up in the arena, they posted the torn-up image to social media. Now, the star is threatening the fan with legal action.

When a fan took to Twitter to make everyone aware of Chelsea Green tearing up his sign, the star replied. She gave a crude response, saying, “Rick, expect a letter from my legal team.” While coming from anyone else, we could have figured that this was serious, but Green’s response is perfect for her character.

For instance, this sign has only two words written, Chelsea Sucks with the image of her husband, Matt Cardona. But Cardona is the former Intercontinental champion, Zack Ryder, who was fired during the pandemic. But while this would not attract attention because of the swarm of posters, Green went out of her way to tear it up.

Playing an annoying person who takes issue with everything around her, Green has been getting massive reactions from the live audience. Her interactions with Carmella, Adam Pearce, and Sonya Deville have also given Green great characters to play off of.

Green was a part of the NXT roster before the pandemic but an arm injury led to her not being featured on the show more often. The same problem followed her to the main roster as well. So, in the layoffs during the pandemic, the WWE let Green go. But that wasn’t the end of her wrestling career. Like many wrestlers, she joined another company, Impact! in her case, and made a name for herself.

Then, after Triple H got creative control, he brought Green back to WWE, and she’s been appearing, as many would call it, a Karen character. Her antics have been hilarious and she already got her first WrestleMania match as well. We’ll be keen to see what Green does next in WWE.
