WWE has signed a partnership deal with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Sports. The deal allows WWE to hold its premium pay-per-view events at prime locations. In fact, the highly profitable deal earns an estimated $100 million a year for the WWE. Vince McMahon first held a WWE PLE in the Middle Eastern nation in April 2018. The high profitability of holding events in the nation was instantly visible to McMahon, who eventually signed a 10-year deal with Saudi.

Mansoor hails from Saudi Arabia and was one of the eight wrestlers inducted by the WWE from the nation. A deal with Saudi brought WWE much scrutiny and Mansoor revealed something even more shocking. Mace and Mansoor recently appeared on a Twitch stream where they talked about their release.

Here, Mansoor said that the secret deal demanded that he never lose. “Eventually, I found out that I wasn’t allowed to lose. Vince decreed that I wasn’t allowed to lose,” unveiled Mansoor. This was possibly done to curry favor with the Saudi fans as Mansoor did have noticeable wins. He won the 51-man Battle Royal at the WWE Super Showdown in Saudi in 2019 and defeated Cesaro at Crown Jewel in the same year.

He also said the situation escalated when he was on the show 205 Live for WWE.

The ex-WWE superstar further added, “I can’t even be in a tag match where I don’t get pinned. I can’t even be in a triple threat where I lose by someone else getting pinned. I am not allowed.” Mansoor mentioned the backlash thrown by the WWE Universe because of the forceful wins, after which, Vince McMahon made him lose.

The wrestler was baffled by all of it and said, “What was the point?” The Maximum Male Fitness members also discussed how both of them got fired by the WWE without any prior notice.

Mansoor thought Mace was safe from being fired

Mace and Mansoor spoke about how each of them was fired from the biggest pro wrestling company. Quite bizarrely, Mansoor was released from the WWE roster before his partner. This made the Saudi wrestler think that his buddy had made it and was happy for him. However, this innocent misunderstanding was brutally cleared very soon.

Mace said that he was dropping his little daughter off to school when he received the message. He recalled passing through the ‘no signal’ area in his neighborhood that never gets any phone reception. When he called back, he received the dreaded news.
