In a video posted by the rapper himself, he was seen explaining to vintage car enthusiasts about the incident where he bought this car. He stated that he was contacted by a person who owned Guerrero’s lowrider. As a person who was not aware of the value of the car and the pop culture significance the car had, he did not know what price he should expect to pay.
Apart from that, the previous owner had spent $30,000 on it and just wanted to get rid of it. Ice decided to downplay the price. He arranged for a fake phone call with a friend and told the owner of the car that the best he could do was $15,000.
As the owner wanted to get rid of it, they agreed. Ice used one of the best yet cheapest tricks in the books to seal a deal that is worth millions. As for now, the car stands in his garage, shining along with the former champion’s photos and memorabilia.
Guerrero’s lowrider was one of the iconic WWE props. However, in recent times, there has been a car that could make it close to the status that the orange Lowrider had.
