The Bloodline is unquestionably the most controversial yet fan-favorite storyline in WWE. Fans are often glued to the tiny details of the Anoa’i family. But the dynamics inside the iconic family tree haven’t been going well lately, especially after The Usos lost their unified tag team championship title to Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn at WrestleMania 39. It didn’t sit well with the top of the table, Roman Reigns, who has been visibly reluctant toward the twins ever since.

The Usos got another golden opportunity to regain the title during the WWE draft but they failed in their venture. Their failure has expanded the cracks in the faction furthermore as evidenced by yesterday’s turn of events at WWE Backlash.

While last night’s WWE Backlash seemingly was a good comeback for them, there is a high chance that the Tribal Chief might not go easy with them even after their smooth win against Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, and Matt Riddle in a six-man tag team match. At least one head-turning moment of the match speaks so.

To add to the ongoing tension in The Bloodline, Solo Sikoa almost gave a Samoan Spike to his own brother, Jey Uso, last night. The shocking turn of events saw Jey uttering to his brother, ‘You gonna hit ME?! I’m your brother, I’m your brother, not HIM!’

It clearly shows that everything is not right in the stable. Fans already have engaged in intense speculation regarding the next big happening inside The Bloodline. But not only the fans, the key member of the family, Roman’s manager Paul Heyman himself, teased something dramatic through his latest Instagram story.

The wise man posted the clip of Sikoa getting his hands on Jey Uso with the caption ‘ Close call ‘.

But what did he mean?

Is the Bloodline going to see another departure soon?

While the exact hint he dropped isn’t clear, it seems like he indicated an inevitable bloodline crack in the future. It won’t be surprising if we see Sikoa turning on the Usos anytime soon, given his increasing closeness with Reigns in recent times. WWE can also build a SummerSlam main event match, between Solo Sikoa and Roman Reigns vs The Usos.

However, the reverse possibility surrounding the controversial bloodline members can’t be ruled out either. Reigns might accept them readily into the family following their impressive win at Backlash as well.

The WWE has the potential to further their rewards for long-term storytelling or pull the trigger on The Bloodline’s break up with either scenario.
