Paul Heyman Claims ‘Undisputed GOAT’ Status for Managing WWE Icons Like CM Punk, Brock Lesnar, and Roman Reigns

There are very few people who earned the title of the Greatest Of All Time or the G.O.A.T in the WWE. One of them is Paul Heyman. Said to be one of the greatest ever to hold a mic, Heyman proved time and time again why he has earned the love and respect of the WWE community. However, he has never acknowledged all his achievements as a manager until today.

Taking to social media, Heyman accepted his undisputed GOAT status in the company. Moreover, he even took the time to list down why it is how it is.

Paul Heyman has achieved several things, and one of those is the respect of the WWE Universe. From being the defiant manager of ECW to a vital character in the WWE. He’s managed stars like CM Punk, who was the original ‘Paul Heyman Guy.’

He has also played the part of an advocate for Brock Lesnar and now occupies the role of The Wiseman for Roman Reigns. Taking to social media, he posted, “I thank you for your recognition. Yes, I am the #GOAT. That, for the record, is undisputed and by now, uncontroverted.”

 He also highlighted the stellar feet of the three men he managed. Notice how he mentioned Reigns as the one who smashed all records. This shows that despite working with Punk and Lesnar, Heyman clearly values the WWE Universal Champ and Tribal Chief the most. During his last promo on SmackDown, Heyman did acknowledge Punk as the OG Heyman guy but made it clear it meant nothing to him. 

How Paul Heyman built a legacy of elevating wrestlers

When it comes to mic work in the WWE, there are few who reach the heights of Heyman. With his storytelling technique and dramatic emphasis, he captivated audiences for over a decade. When working with someone like Punk, Heyman is an added bonus, but with Lesnar, he is vital. Thanks to his work with Lesnar, today, the WWE Universe cannot imagine Lesnar as Champion without Heyman by his side.

Heyman is the GOAT without a shadow of a doubt and will continue to elevate stars even after Reigns. He is an asset to the WWE who can make anyone look good.
