According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter those in WWE and in touch with the updates regarding Edge’s future expect him to move to Tony Khan’s promotion.

While this comes as crushing news for several WWE fans, it is a massive boost for Tony Khan. Edge’s move from the WWE can take away several loyal fans of the Rated-R Superstar to AEW.
There will be excitement around Edge’s decision to go to the AEW if it is what he wants. In fact, a move to Tony Khan’s company would mean Edge would be back with his forever teammate Christian.

Edge and Christian were one of the most influential tag teams in the history of WWE. The duo along with The Hardyz and the Dudley Boyz made the WWE’s tag team division during the Attitude Era a must-see.
The duo won the WWE tag team championships seven times, and this also gave them several chances for individual success. Edge and Christian went on to win the WWE World Championship multiple times.
