The movie was easily one of the year’s most hyped and anticipated films. While it faced a tough release date competition with Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer, it did not affect the charts. The movie has already crossed the $1 billion mark in global earnings.

The Margot Robbie starrer has surpassed Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman in terms of the most extensive solo female-directed movie. Former WWE superstar Rob Van Dam recently opened up about his appreciation of the movie on his “1 Of A Kind” podcast.

The former world WWE, ECW, and TNA champion expressed his appreciation candidly. The Hall of Famer inducted in 2021 loved the movie. He also mentioned that he loved the movie more than his wife, Katie Forbes did. On the podcast, Van Dam said, “I understood how they were making the story of this toy into a screenplay, and I thought they did a great job.”

Van Dam also said his wife told their friends he enjoyed the movie more than her. He noted, “She told them I liked the movie better than she did.” Van Dam also mentioned that he enjoyed the movie more because of Margot Robbie. He said, “I understood what they were doing behind the dialogue, and I really liked it for that. Plus, I like Margot Robbie.”

Margot Robbie is one of the film industry’s most versatile and talented actors. The Australian actress has contributed to the success of several great movies like ‘Babylon’ and ‘I Tonya. The star is most remembered for her iconic role as DC villain Harley Quinn.
