Roman Reigns stood tall against his cousin Jey Uso at SummerSlam in Detroit last weekend. He snatched victory from a revitalized Jey Uso, narrowly holding on to his WWE Undisputed Universal Championship. But Reigns didn’t do it alone. Roman Reigns reportedly suffered a grave injury during his high-voltage SummerSlam bout

Reigns’ feud with Jey Uso started building months ago.
