After Crown Jewel ’23, WWE fans are worried that the PLE was the last time they saw John Cena‘s magic in the ring. Although nothing of such a sort has been officially confirmed, the wrestling superstar has been dropping several hints lately to tease his fans about the situation without breaking a single word to them. He once again used his cryptic Instagram account posts for the same.

John Cena seemingly confirms retirement

Taking to his official Instagram account a few minutes ago, ‘The Cenation Leader’ uploaded a nostalgic picture. The picture that he uploaded might be familiar to several people online, as it is an ‘ending’ frame used in various classic vintage cartoon animations.

Without any caption, the picture reads “The End“. Since Cena didn’t explain it any further, there could be various interpretations for the same. But as several wrestling fans know, he recently lost a great PLE match. Combined with other hints, this could be the decisive final indicator for WWE fans to not expect him in the squared circle in the future.

Even if his latest post is pointing toward something else, we cannot ignore the fact that John Cena and WWE had immediately dropped strong hints at the WWE legend’s possible retirement. Despite the fact that he lost his last match in the promotion, Cena is not upset and neither does he want his fans to be.

When reports and speculations started picking up on the fact that Cena might be done with WWE, some fans believed it was because of the loss he faced at the hands of a mid-card wrestler. However, the Hollywood superstar soon debunked this myth by taking it to his Twitter account and giving wise life advice.

A few hours after his loss, Cena tweeted, “Every failure is painfully beautiful. It shines light on the path forward and provides wisdom on traveling that path.” Although this message is useful for everyone in general, most of all, it represents Cena’s thought process even after a severe loss.
