John Cena took the world by storm as Jakob Toretto, Dom’s long-lost brother in the 9th installment of the Fast and Furious saga. It marked the debut of Cena in the $5.9 billion worth fan-favorite franchise. Adding to his legacy, Cena continued this alliance with the Fast group returning as a franchise regular in Fast X. His stone-cold serious persona with some of the comedic beats in the latest installment of the movie equally stunned fans if not more.

It’s no secret that Cena is a fan of Fast and Furious movies. The wrestler-turned-actor seems visibly prideful and satisfied to star in the iconic franchise twice, as depicted through his several interviews. But apart from the common aspects, including cast choices, quality work, popularity, etc., his sense of amazement stemmed from another standout thing about the biggest movie franchise- luxury cars. And after the franchise paid homage to its characters in a unique way, Cena shared his thoughts.

Needless to say, John Cena is a massive gearhead. At the same time, the coolest part of Fast movies was undoubtedly the visual of the host of fantastic cars. So, there’s no way Cena forgets to appreciate the phenomenal supermodel cars in the movie, be it Roman Pearce’s iconic Lamborghini or Dominic Toretto’s 1970 Dodge Challenger. But it’s not only the car that impressed Cena, but how the company pulled off the resemblance between those luxury cars and their owners on screen is the real jackpot.

During his interview with Critqal, the Fast actor noted, ”I think Fast does a really good job of keeping the car as an extension of oneself the charger with the supercharger or blower motor is such a direct reflection of Dom and even everyone I mean gold Lamborghini that Roman drives everything is like an extension of character…I think like I said Fast does that really well by making a car who the person is.”

John Cena’s car fascination once forced him to spend a million on a Vintage 1986 Lamborghini.

Despite not being an easy drive, Cena once noted that it’s best to cover a distance of more than 10 miles. But he likes to bring out the old boy while driving a shorter distance as well. The 16-time WWE world champion is also very possessive about this car. One of his past interviews showed he was utterly disinterested to allow anybody to drive his car, even for once.

So, now you know Fast and Furious’s unique gesture of recognizing stars through the cars is how much soothing for an out-and-out car freak like Cena
