John Cena is undoubtedly well-known for his exercise routine and diet. However, he shared something intriguing on Instagram this time. The 46-year-old posted a picture of what appeared to be a menu card. Based on the image, one could assume that this is his cheat meal and that he is taking a brief break from working out.

Moreover, below the name of every dish, we could also see the names of wines, so it seems like he’s looking to have a fun Sunday out. Either way, let’s hope the wrestling legend enjoys time off. Well, his diet and workout routine certainly reveal why he is one of the greatest athletes in the world.

What is a diet and workout plan of Cena?

Cena wanted to be a bodybuilder before his career in wrestling made him a household figure. Because of his physical attributes, Cena has been able to establish himself as a legitimate powerhouse. He has been able to win over admirers all throughout the world as a result. But how does he maintain such a wonderful physique even at the age of 46?

Well, Cena starts his routine with a 15-minute cardio workout. Interestingly, the 16-time champ doesn’t like to lift heavy, so he uses light to medium weights in a set of 3 or 4 during his workout. Moreover, the 46-year-old does high repetitions of 15-20 during each set, which reveals the intensity of his exercise. He then takes a total of 3600 calories throughout the day, which includes 450 grams of carbs, 290 grams of protein, and 65 grams of fat.
