Last week on SmackDown, the WWE Universe saw The Bloodline crumble into pieces. During the main event of the Friday show, Roman Reigns celebrated his 1000+ days reign as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. But moments later The Usos crashed his party.

Jimmy Uso gave him a reality check and stated that he has gone crazy. Minutes later, after Jey Uso put some sense into him, he agreed to make peace with ‘The Tribal Chief’. However, Reigns is not the one to forgive and forget. Though it was a tough decision for him to make, he denied accepting the peace offer.

With a heavy heart, he parted ways with his cousins after Solo Sikoa Samoan spiked Jimmy Uso. During the segment, Reigns spoke volumes with his eyes, which also got teary at one moment. The whole segment was a masterpiece. However, Mark Henry recently suggested that a slight improvement could have made it better.

Mark Henry wanted Roman Reigns to show his tears of pain to the audience

While speaking on the Busted Open podcast, Mark Henry heaped praises on all The Bloodline members for pulling off one hell of a show on SmackDown last week. He very much liked the entire segment except for one. At one point during the segment, ‘The Head of the Table’ almost let his tears roll down his cheeks.

But he wiped it before that happened. ‘The World’s Strongest Man’ stated that he should have let the audience see his tears fall down and then wipe them. He said, “That was the only thing that I would have changed. I wouldn’t have stopped my tears.”

Despite being characterized as an arrogant and narcissistic heel, Reigns showcased his vulnerable side. Henry stated that the tear rolling down moment would add more depth to Reign’s villainous character as it would have depicted how hard it was for him to make the decision, but still, he had to punish his own blood for going rogue.

Wise words of wisdom from Henry

The 51-year-old legend has been in the pro wrestling industry for a long time. All the years of grinding in the business have taught him exactly how to entice the audience. He felt that Reigns showing teras would have helped the WWE Universe to connect with him. It would have allowed the audience to feel his pain on a deeper level.
