Trinity Fatu (formerly known as Naomi) served in WWE for more than a decade. During her time in WWE, she gained worldwide recognition and an enormous fan base. However, a shocking turn of events ocurred when she and Sasha Banks (who now goes by the name Mercedes Mone) walked out of WWE last year.

After months of absence, Banks resumed her pro wrestling journey with NPJW earlier this year in January, whereas Fatu was still a no-show. But that is about to change. She is returning to the squared circle soon. But it seems like the fans are not so happy about it. Let’s find out why?

Naomi set to debut on Impact Wrestling

PWInsider Elite recently reported that the 35-year-old star will make her debut on Impact Wrestling this weekend. The wrestling promotion had been building up a surprise for the fans during this weekend’s taping in Cicero, Illinois. And it looks like the big surprise is none other than the former WWE diva’s arrival to the company.

PWInsider has also reported that this will not be a “one-off” appearance as she will begin her first run in the company. As for now, there are no more details on how long her tenure with the promotion will last.

The former ‘Team B.A.D’ members were the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions when they decided to cut ties with WWE. Before an episode of Monday Night RAW in May 2022, the duo champions relinquished their titles and left the company. Reports claimed they were unhappy with the creative which led them to part ways.

According to the Frightful Select report, both stars were having some differences with the company. But the ‘walking out’ decision was of Banks alone. Naomi joined her partner’s bold decision as a sign of support. But fans believe it was a mistake on her part. Especially after this recent news came to light.
