Seth Rollins is one of the hardest-working wrestlers of his generation. The current WWE World Heavyweight Champion always puts on spectacular matches and always delivers in the ring on the big stage. With an impressive resume to his name, The Architect takes pride in wrestling a lot of matches each calendar year.

However, on the recent episode of Impulsive, hosted by his WrestleMania opponent Logan Paul, Rollins opened up about wrestling with his lowest count last year.

Rollins and Paul’s collaboration surprised most of their fans because of their rivalry in the past,  yet the podcast was entertaining and informative, covering various topics of Rollin’s life in and outside the ring. But one of the biggest takeaways was the mention of Rollins wrestling the least number of matches he’s ever wrestled in 2022.

Speaking on wrestling fewer matches last year Rollins said, “I did last year, uh I wrestled 120 some matches so then I’ll tell you what, that’s the low end of my career.”

He also mentioned WWE’s grueling schedule and how he wrestled over 230 matches initially in his career causing exhaustion and burnout.

Rollins said, “So I had some years where I was wrestling 230 matches. That’s just matches, we’re not talking about media appearances, we’re not talking about extra travel days none of that, that’s just matches.”

It is clear why Rollins is at the top in WWE. We all know how gruesome and taxing wrestling is for superstars, yet they put their bodies on the line for us, which is commendable.

Staying on the road for almost every day of the week, and making other appearances shows the mentality and tenacity superstars such as Seth Rollins have.

In his entire run, he has wrestled over 1000 matches, solidifying his position as one of the company’s bankable names.
