During the interview, the host asked Hulk Hogan about his views on LA Knight’s dramatic rise in WWE. Responding to the question, The Hulkster said, “Yeah, LA Knight has a lot of old school in him. He goes in there and he grinds, and he stays on it. But his cadence is what attracted me.

While explaining the reasons behind LA Knight’s late success, Hogan said, “He’s a quick study, the practical application of the way he nails things, his placement in the ring, his timing is impeccable. He’s a heck of an athlete, good-looking kid man, built like a Greek god. So, it’s all coming his way and he’s very consistent.” He further said, “It’d be great brother. I’d love to get in there with him.

One of the reasons behind Hulk Hogan liking LA Knight so much could be the source of inspiration Knight has. The Megastar has declared many times how he draws inspiration from The Rock and Steve Austin.
