One of the most talented and accomplished British actresses, Emily Blunt, has captivated audiences through her incredible elegance and remarkable performance for years now. The stunning lady soared to new heights of fame after the release of the movie The Devil Wears Prada in 2006. However, the $220 million Disney adventure film Jungle Cruise earned her even more recognition. It was bound to happen though, as working alongside the highest-paid Hollywood hunk, Dwayne Johnson is itself a fame booster.

Johnson and Emily devolved a great bond since their pairing in Jungle Cruise. Fans are often left swept off their feet seeing the newly minted BFF’s jolly off-screen moments. The duo shared a lot of fun moments together during their shooting. Emily recently spilled the bin of such a hilarious incident from their memory book.

The Rock previously revealed that he had to go out of his way to convince Blunt for the role. He even made a video articulating his vision for the film for the actress’s sake. But he ended up being ghosted.

However, after finally accepting DJ’s request, Blunt didn’t regret it as she got vivid memories to cherish throughout life. The two stars also shared a passionate kiss in a scene of the movie. During an interview with Access Hollywood, the British actress detailed her experience of kissing the former WWE World Champion.

She noted, “Listen, the thing you’re missing out on, you know that feeling you get right after you brush your teeth? And it kind of feels fresh and it’s really nice. That’s not what you’re going to get.”

The next moment, Emily made a hilarious revelation, saying, ‘“We did laugh always. I had to get drunk for it.”

“Wow! I had to get high for it. How about that?” DJ responded.

However, the reprise of the Blunt-Johnson electrifying on-screen chemistry is right around the corner, as a more adventurous sequel is in the making under the production of Hiram Gracia. DJ only revealed that it includes some ‘bigger plans’ as of now without being a spoilsport.

The two industry friends were last seen under the spotlight during the 95th Academy Awards in March.

Dwayne Johnson reunited with his close friend and co-actor Emily Blunt on Oscar’s red carpet. It was a night worth remembering. The dashing Hollywood duo looked breathtaking, with DJ decked up in a ballet pink jacket and Emily in a white off-shoulder Valentino gown. They entered the stage together to present the Oscar for Best Animated Feature Film, which was owned by Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio.

But what left the fans mesmerized was their special off-screen banters. After all the hullabaloo over the awards, the Jungle Cruise actors had a couple of goofy moments together, with DJ sitting comfortably on Emily’s lap while posing for a photo.
