Hulk Hogan Set To Appear With WWE Legend for a Promotional “Karaoke Night”, 14 Years After Their Last Match Together

Hulk Hogan is synonymous with pro wrestling. And so is Ric Flair. Both WWE Hall of Famers ruled the roost during their time. Hogan and Flair had decorated parallel careers in wrestling. And now, the duo is set to make a promotional appearance together. Although Hogan and Flair faced off multiple times in WCW, fans never witnessed a dream WrestleMania match between the two legends. 

But without the influence of Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair, wrestling would not have developed into what it is today. It is safe to say that both megastars contributed to pro wrestling’s rise to national and international prominence.

Ric Flair is set to promote his Wooooo energy drink at Hogan’s Hangout 

Ric Flair is widely known for his famous catchphrase, Wooooo! Not only is Ric Flair an eminent personality in wrestling, but he is also widely idolized in the hip-hop community. And now, his fans can taste the essence of his exuberance in his new energy drink, Wooooo Energy Drink.

The sixteen-time World Champion took to Instagram to reveal that he would make his appearance at Hulk Hogan’s bar, Hogan’s Hangout, in Clearwater, Florida, to promote his energy drink. So, if you’re in Clearwater, you have a chance to see the two legends abreast in the flesh on Karaoke Night tonight. 

Flair wrote, “The Hulkster and Naitch are comin’ to Clearwater, Florida tonight @ Hogan’s Hangout!! Come hang with the legends and try some of the brand new Wooooo Energy!! See you there at 8pm, Karaoke night!! “

The 74-year-old legend also vouched for Hogan’s bar before he flexed his bicep and claimed all his charisma is encapsulated in his energy drink. This won’t be the first time that Flair makes an appearance at Hogan’s Hangout. The wrestling legend made his appearance at Hogan’s bar last year at Karaoke Night and cut a rug.

Nevertheless, it truly would be a treat to see Hogan and Flair side by side singing and dancing, just like in the old times. 

Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair never locked horns in a televised main event match in WWE

Despite spending years in the same promotion, Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair were never pitted against each other in a televised match. However, the duo faced off in many house show matches. In addition, they even locked horns in tag team matches and competed against each other in WCW.

The duo competed in a one-on-one match in 2009 in Sydney, Australia, for the last time. In the end, Hulk Hogan emerged victorious by pinning Ric Flair. Their rivalry then continued in 2010 when Flair and Hogan joined TNA.

In TNA, Hogan paired with Abyss and took on Ric Flair and AJ Styles in two tag team matches before ultimately joining forces.
