There are many wrestlers closing in on their 50s or 60s who are still working in the wrestling industry. Just last night we saw a lot of veterans at AEW Double or Nothing. Wrestlers like Jeff Jarrett and Billy Gunn are still working matches on big PPVs. Then there are legends like Sting, Arn Anderson, and Terry Blanchard who still work in the business to help the young stars.

Then, there is Ric Flair, who at the age of 74, had an entire PPV based around his ‘last’ match. Despite that, he still teases fans with another potential match in the future. So, it doesn’t look like wrestlers stop engaging with the industry because of their age.

Then again, it is dependent on everyone when they want to retire from wrestling, given the risks involved. But everyone thought that after Flair organized the ‘One Last Match’ event, Hogan would do the same. But it doesn’t seem like happening in the future.
