Injuries could be a tricky thing to deal with, especially in pro wrestling. WWE star Liv Morgan who was last seen at the Royal Rumble 2023, has been out of action following her Royal Rumble appearance due to an injury. However, while there has been no update on her return to action, she was recently arrested in Sumter County, California. The news came in as she was bonded out a few hours following her arrest.

WWE star lands into trouble

According to a report published by the local news network, former SmackDown Women’s champion, Liv Morgan landed into trouble following the possession of marijuana. According to reports, she was arrested on the grounds of possession of marijuana (not more than 20 grams) and some synthetic cannabinoids. The arrest came in when a deputy sheriff noticed the jeep she was driving crossing the white and yellow lines of county roads on multiple occasions.

The deputy present stated that he was able to make the odor of marijuana as soon as he approached her car. Further in the report, it was mentioned that the marijuana was found inside a small plastic bag in a pink fuzzy purse. Along with that, a vape pen containing what looked like an oil-like substance was also found. The substance was tested positive for marijuana. She was arrested on Thursday at 6:30 PM and was bonded out by 10:04 PM on the same day for $3000.

WWE’s comments on this incident are particularly considering the Wellness Policy of the company. According to the policy, marijuana makes it to the list of several substances banned by the company. Even if it is something that was bought as an over-the-counter drug, the star would have to pay a fine of $2500 if tested positive. However, things might still look good for Morgan at WWE.
