Vince McMahon has played a huge role in uplifting WWE. Although the former CEO has made several enemies on his journey, he certainly has made friends too. WWE legend Ric Flair is surely one of those admirers who holds a good perception of McMahon in their head. Although the latter has been accused of several things, Flair has publicly declared that he supports McMahon no matter what.

The former wrestler recently appeared on ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’. The two talked about various topics in the podcast. When McMahon’s topic arose, the two had nothing but respect for the former CEO of WWE.

What did Ric Flair have to say about Vince McMahon?

In the podcast, Flair went all in, praising McMahon for the person that he was in his eyes. Flair started by mentioning how he can never see McMahon being bossed around by anyone. When Rogan added to the praise, Flair agreed that nobody knows better about pro wrestling than Vince McMahon. Things quickly rose to new heights when Flair called the WWE executive his “hero”.

He’s got b*lls bigger than f**king Dallas, Texas. He’s not easily intimidated,” said the former wrestler to glorify McMahon’s personality. Flair added, “He’s a great guy. I don’t care what he does. He’s my hero.” The reason why Nature Boy has formed such a great perception of McMahon is because of how well he has treated the wrestler. Flair admits that McMahon treated him like he had never been treated before.

This is not the first time Flair leaped to the defense of Mr. McMahon.

The UFC-WWE merger was a successful deal by Endeavor. However, before the deal had actually taken place, Flair was asked about his opinion on WWE’s market moves. Flair appreciated a move that McMahon played to scare off any potential buyers when he didn’t want to sell his promotion. In the same podcast, Flair also mentioned how the decision regarding selling or holding the promotion should only concern Vince McMahon.

He had said so because of his beliefs. He believed that the former CEO had worked hard to uplift the promotion from the ground and deserved an important say in this decision.
