“George, I Love You”: Nothing to Do With Taste, Emily Blunt Picks Dwayne Johnson’s $3,500,000,000 Teremana Over George Clooney’s Casamigos for a Selfish Reason

With several successful ventures to his name, Dwayne Johnson has raised his net worth to around $800 million dollars. From starting with $7 bucks in his pocket, Johnson has come a long way.

A lot of that success could be owed to his Teremana Tequila. With around 30% stake in the $3.5 billion valued alcohol company, Johnson’s net worth comes to around $1 billion. His Teremana Tequila is known for its smoothness and taste. However, Johnson’s close friend Emily Blunt recently gave a humorous reason behind choosing it.

Why did Dwayne Johnson’s close-friend Emily Blunt choose Teremana Tequila over any other brand?

Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt share a close relationship and friendship. The two co-actors share a very close friendship with each other and are often found pulling each other’s legs. Recently, during Emily Blunt’s interview with Josh Horowitz, she would blurt out the reason behind choosing Teremana Tequila.

Currently, several Hollywood actors have ventured out into the tequila business. George Clooney also launched his own tequila business, Casamigos Tequila. Actors and fans now have a tough time choosing from such names.

However, Blunt had her answer and choice ready from the very go. When asked, she answered, “Well, I mean I’ve recently become more into Teremana. George, I love you. I’m just saying I get free Teremana like if Clooney wants to send me some free Tequila then we could talk.”

Being Johnson’s friend, she claimed that she receives free supplies of Teremana Tequila, and it is the reason she would choose it. Blunt would further approach Clooney to send her free supplies of his tequila so that she could choose his brand as well.

Without comparing the taste, quality, or even the price, Blunt would use her selfish reason of getting free supply as a measure of choosing between two such premium brands. The Tequila market has seen a major uptick in new brands, and even Dwayne Johnson’s best friend Kevin Hart has entered the market as well.

A few months ago, during Kevin Hart’s interview with Logan Paul on his podcast, he revealed joining the tequila business as well. He would keep his friendship aside, to venture out to infiltrate Dwayne Johnson’s $3.5 billion business.

Hart started his business last year in 2022 and also revealed to Paul the reasons behind doing so. He would state that his brand differs from Johnson’s brand, and would cater to a different audience. Hart partnered with one of the biggest distributors in the business.

Kevin Hart’s Gran Coranimo is much more premium than Dwayne Johnson’s Teremana tequila. While Teremana is priced at $32 for a 750ml bottle, Gran Coramino comes at a premium price point of $54 for a 750ml bottle.
