On May 21st, 2010, WWE terminated Carlito’s contract. According to WWE’s statement, he violated WWE’s Wellness Program and refused to attend the rehab facility after failing a drug test. He has had his differences with the sports entertainment giant in the past. But he never spoke ill about his former employers.

This is what makes him so special. And that is why Booker appreciates the man and respects him so much. While speaking on Reality of Wrestling podcast, Booker T revealed that because of the aforementioned reasons, he thinks he is a true professional athlete and would love to see him back in WWE.

He said, “That’s why I respect that dude. Because he’s a real man’s man. He ain’t about crying over spilled milk or anything like that. I respect that. For me, for this guy to come back, give him a chance. If it was me, I would sign him in a heartbeat.”

Like the WWE Universe, he also loved the BackLash segment where he came out to help Bunny. Well, everyone has been wanting to see ‘The Caribbean Bad Apple’ back in WWE.
