TMZ was the first media house to break the news. The report mentions that while the WWE Hall of Famer was working on his farm in Texas, he accidentally hit his head on his tractor. This caused a big, gory wound to his forehead. In the picture, you can see the big bloody gash inflict a deep wound, leading the blood to pour all over his face.

Fortunately, the former WWE Universal Champion told TMZ he was alright, and that there was nothing to worry about. He simply said that it is “just a flesh wound.” And jokingly implied that he would simply superglue his wound to heal it. After this news went viral online, fans were quick to react to it.
