The crowd became extremely over for Carlito, as the 44-year-old made his way to the ring in a LWO shirt, to rip it off as soon as he entered the squared circle. Recently, during an interview with Busted Open Radio, Carlito revealed why he ripped off his shirt in the ring.

The 44-year-old justified that he wanted to show off his physique, and the results of his hard work. Carlito has undergone a major physical change, and it is apparent from the way he looked, a few years ago. Fans enjoyed his response and demanded his way back to WWE.

What did Carlito explain about ripping his LWO t-shirt during WWE Backlash 2023?

During his interview with Busted Open Radio, Carlito explained his stance. He revealed that he was offered to wear the t-shirt, and he did not flinch. However, he also explained that he would rip it off as soon as he entered the ring.

Carlito said, “”It was funny too because before I go out there they go ‘Oh, we need you to wear an LWO shirt’. I said, ‘Bro, I’ll wear whatever you want but the shirt is not staying on long, you know what I mean?’.”

He revealed that he wanted to take advantage of being on International television and show off his physique to the world, for which he had worked extremely hard. The Puerto Rican wrestler said, “I don’t know when I’ll be on world television again so the shirt is coming off as soon as it can.”
