The Rock entering the Fast and the Furious franchise in its fifth installment as Luke Hobbs was very much appreciated by the fans. Dwayne Johnson quickly showed the world that he owned that character and nobody could’ve done it better than him. But after his bitterness with Diesel, he left the franchise. But in a surprising turn of events, he is once again ready to become Hobbs in the Fast X and reunite with Vin Diesel and this time John Cena too.

However, the news of his return has not sat well with the fans as they trolled the WWE legend for this move. There are several reactions over the same on social media.

Dwayne Johnson will return to Fast X

Recently, The Wrap shared an exclusive report which stated The Brahma Bull is set to return as Luke Hobbs in Fast X. The 10th installment of the film will have multiple parts and DJ will reprise his role as per the report.

However, back in November 2021, Diesel publicly requested Johnson through Instagram to reprise his role in the movie. But the 10-time world champion didn’t like the way Diesel approached the situation, as he mentioned Paul Walker, who was a close friend of DJ too.

The Rock replied to Diesel, saying, “Vin’s recent public post was an example of his manipulation. I didn’t like that he brought up his children in the post, as well as Paul Walker’s death. Leave them out of it.”

The People’s Champion last appeared in a Fast and Furious film in the 8th installment in 2017. But after his issues with Diesel, he opted out of the 9th movie in the franchise. For a long time, Diesel and The Rock appeared estranged and his return to the hit movie franchise seemed unlikely. Now that he is returning, shocked fans had several comments around this news.

Fans troll The Rock reuniting with Vin Diesel in Fast X

The fans started trolling DJ all over the internet. They recalled how Black Adam failed, and that was the reason why Johnson is returning to the franchise. However, there is no official news from The Rock over this yet but fans didn’t stop expressing themselves.

Twitter users still can’t believe Vin Diesel and Johnson will be in a movie together once again.

More shots were taken at The Brahma Bull over his Black Adam failure.

For WWE fans it will be exciting to see The Rock and John Cena face off on the big screen.
