If he wanted, he could have just continued being an actor in movies and making special appearances on WWE at select events. But The Rock’s hunger for success led him to venture into various lucrative businesses. These include Seven Bucks Productions. Teremana Tequila, the XFL, Zoa energy drink, and the sportswear company ‘Under Armour’ to name a few.

And the secret to his success as he explains is selecting people for the job who are a lot smarter than him.

In a recent interview with CBS Sunday Morning, he talked about the same logic, “I’ve reached a point in my life now if I do something and I enter a new venture, I have the resources to make sure I surround myself with people who are a lot smarter than me at what they do. So I can put them in place and I do really good tracy, going,’ yes, yes, no, no, yes, no maybe I’ll get back to you’ and then they all go to work.”

And during the same interview, Johnson gave a delightful hint to his fans of a new career he would like to try his hand at.
