However, The Rock isn’t the only champion in his family, as his ex-wife, Dany Garcia, isn’t that far behind with her accolades. Garcia is a businesswoman and a partner in most of Johnson’s ventures. In her career, she has earned a few awards, with her most recent being the sixth time she’s got it.

The Rock and Garcia were married in 1997 and divorced in 2008. Even after 11 years of marriage, the two are still close and work on business ventures together.

As a successful businesswoman, she is taken as a role model for younger women. This mirrors how Johnson is cited as an inspiration for wrestlers studying the business. With the level of success she has achieved comes recognition and fame, not to mention the chance to appear on the cover of world-renowned magazines. This is exactly what happened.

Taking to social media, Garcia posted an image of the Variety cover that she graced recently. She captioned it, “I’m a 6th time champ 😂!! I am so honored for the ongoing recognition on Variety’s 500 Most Important People in Global Media List for the sixth consecutive year.” Her first appearance on the list was back in 2018.

Johnson recently had a crowning achievement for himself. He became the only celebrity in Hollywood to complete 21 Make-a-Wish grants in a single day. This also comes as rumors suggest that Johnson plans on running for a presidential campaign.

While Johnson has claimed in the past that due to his family obligations, he would not run for President, he has a different view now. While talking about his Make-a-Wish campaign, he claimed that he was open to a run.

Johnson claimed that running for president was his way of giving back to the people. The Rock, being a very humble person, always believes in giving back to the community.
