Hold on to your seats, Cody Rhodes fans! The wait for “The American Nightmare” to face Roman Reigns just got a bit longer than WrestleMania. There is no possibility that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson won’t be in the ring at WrestleMania 40, according to PWInsider Elite. This news was confirmed by a tweet from WrestleOps as well.

It stated, “The Rock is 100% performing in the ring at #WrestleMania 40. There’s more, however! WWE is closely monitoring the rumors regarding Cody Rhodes’ potential dismissal as Roman Reigns’ opponent. If the reaction becomes too close to home for comfort, they think they can modify their ideas to “make sense”. All bets are on for an entertaining ride to WrestleMania as the business prepares for the big Rock vs. Roman match!
