Dwayne Johnson is currently one of the biggest stars in the world of entertainment. Coming from a disastrous football career, Johnson made his name in WWE and then became an enormous star in Hollywood. Similar to Johnson, WWE has helped establish several names as one of the biggest stars in this era’s entertainment business.

Names such as The Miz, The Bella Twins, and Maryse started their career in WWE and went on to become some of the biggest stars. However, their stardom might be at stake after a former WWE pro wrestler filed a lawsuit.

Former TNA Impact and WWE developmental superstar, Trenesha “Rhaka Khan” Biggers filed a lawsuit back in October 2022  before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York. The suit claimed a conspiracy theory against her ongoing criminal cases in Texas.

She listed The State of Texas, The El Paso Child Protective Services, the FBI, The Las Cruces, New Mexico Police Department, The NYPD, The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, New York ACS, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc as the defendants.

However, she did not stop there and further listed Shirley Police Department, Sigma Phi Epsilon, and Suffolk County NY. Her list of defendants in the lawsuit also included several wrestling personalities, such as The Rock aka Dwayne Johnson, The Miz, Nikki Bella, Maryse, Heath Miller, and Mark Jindrak.

She also listed Panda Energy, Home Depot, FCW, NWA, NWA President Billy Corgan, Deep South Wrestling, Mick Foley, Jim Cornette, and even Michael Jordan, and many more.

Her lawsuit claimed that all of the listed defendants “conspired to kidnap the plaintiff and her children.” However, none of the defendants have served anything as yet, and the case did not see any movement till now.

What is the latest update in the lawsuit filed against all of these big names in the industry?

A recent report stated that in February she asked to move forward with the lawsuit by pre-paying any court fees. The 48-page lawsuit claims that Biggers seek $ 3 billion in damages. The majority of the lawsuit is a list of the names of the defendants.

However, the tide might be against her as Texan court records show that Biggers still has a bench warrant out for her, after she failed to appear in court in December 2022. She was facing charges against interference with child custody and “aggravated kidnapping facilitate.”

Biggers has a history of criminal charges and is also one of El Paso’s most wanted fugitives. She last wrestled in 2011 for the Lucha Libre promotion and is yet to return to the ring. She recently posted videos on her YouTube channel about the case, but later made them private.
