Not only is The Hollywood mogul one of the most affluent actors in the world, he is also red-dirt rich. On his numerous properties, there are acres of lakes where Johnson goes fishing. It’s a real sight to see a massive man like Dwayne Johnson finessing his fishing rod and reeling in big fish. 

After posting a video of himself catching a stunning striper, Johnson received requests from his followers to re-post the clip without the background music. And The Red Notice Actor was happy to oblige. 

Dwayne Johnson says he doesn’t wax poetic while fishing

Fishing is a cathartic activity. Dwayne Johnson has dedicated a considerable portion of his life to building a better world for marine creatures. In fact, he has been working closely with Lake Management Science Team for years to learn how to build the best ecosystem for the fish to thrive. 

Johnson’s love for fishing is conspicuous in his Instagram posts. Taking to Instagram, Johnson reposted his fishing video without background music on public demand. Initially, Johnson posted the video with music in the background, but his fans wanted to hear what he was trying to say to them. 

Reposting the video, Johnson wrote, “Ok I hear ya, here ya go, reposting this without the music after all your comments wanting to hear what I’m actually saying certainly not waxing poetic just me and a chunky fish life is crazy, always good to get some peaceful downtime and have a little fun.”

In the video, Johnson appears to be struggling to reel in a large and gorgeous striper. However, he maneuvered the rod skillfully and caught it. He then displays the fish to the camera and says, “This is a beautiful hybrid striper here on Manafarms”.
