The superstar has time and again motivated people around to invest time in training and getting a period. He constantly calls out other gym enthusiasts who train with their ego, not being mindful of their posture and not inculcating discipline.

The work in progress plays a pivotal part in his fitness journey, as the $800,000,000 actor has had his own fair share of grueling injuries.

The Rock and the art of overcoming his injuries

The 51-year-old actor has always been questioned about his weird abs. Unfortunately, during his match against John Cena, at WrestleMania 29, the Rock tore his abductors and quad muscles. As a result, he had to do a triple hernia emergency surgery, which prevented him from having perfect abs.

But that didn’t stop Johnson from stopping training, as he adopted an intense yet smarter approach to work around his injuries. He also mentioned how hiring a coach who monitors his diet and conditioning has been one of the wisest things he’s done since half the battle is won, with the diet one follows.

While the injuries might keep piling on, the will and perseverance of the Rock will never wear off and hence he will continue to put in the work and inspire bodybuilders for years to come.
