One thing about Dwayne Johnson that has attracted many fans is his ability to be effortlessly kind and humble. Having a lot of money and success isn’t something that brings people happiness alone. Being able to connect to people in the world is also a big part of being human in an ever-increasing digital world.
Just today, Johnson posted a heartfelt video about buying lunch for two elderly ladies, hotdogs to be specific. But this ended up being too much for The Rock as he had to scurry away fast when there was a ‘little mayhem’.

On Instagram, Johnson posted a video where he was buying hotdogs for two ladies, Leanne and Linda. He looked overly cheerful, and the women were also happy to be treated by a big Hollywood star. But in the caption, Johnson revealed the entire story.

In the caption, Johnson wrote how he bought a hotdog for the ladies. By continuing to talk with them, Johnson also received compliments from the two women. Then Johnson explained the mayhem that he faced after talking to the two women. The mayhem was, of course, a few selfies with fans who recognized Johnson in the public area.
While Johnson’s experience this time with fans was mild, fans in the public can get to extreme heights. Just a few months ago, two of WWE’s current wrestlers Rhea Ripley and Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio spoke up about it.

Being ambushed by fans in a public area isn’t anything new when it comes to celebrities, but wrestling fans are a step above the average paparazzi. One of the most common areas for the public to meet their wrestlers is the airport. Having to travel for work is a given when it comes to WWE wrestlers, so airports are commonplace that WWE wrestlers have to use to commute to places.
Just this past February, some fans ambushed Rey Mysterio with tons of merchandise to sign. Fans on Twitter exposed these fans as people who try to get the merchandise signed and sell them on eBay for bigger profits.
Mysterio stood up to this and declined his autograph. A similar thing happened to Rhea Ripley, and she hit out on fans for being inconsiderate of their favorite wrestlers.
