Drew McIntyre’s contract situation in WWE remains in doubt, as his deal expires in the coming months and so far he has not signed a renewal. For the past year, it has been reported that his contract ends around the dates of WrestleMania 40, something that was initially true. However, the Scot will remain with the company for at least a little longer. Due to some stretches of injury absence/inactivity, Drew McIntyre’s contract with WWE has been automatically extended beyond WrestleMania 40. And while BWE reported that the negotiation is finally done, it seems like that’s not the truth according to journalist Alex McCarthy.

Although he has not yet renewed his contract with WWE, everything points to the Scottish Warrior being able to do so as he is happy with his current status.
