Since joining the main roster, Grayson Waller has become a standout figure on SmackDown, attracting considerable attention. In particular, he’s gained recognition through his talk show, The Grayson Waller Effect. He had hosted various guests like Cody Rhodes, Logan Paul, Edge, and many more just to playfully mock them.

Waller’s double-edged tweet

WWE, took to Twitter to ask fans if they had any advice to offer to The Cenation Leader before his appearance on Waller’s show. “Got any advice for [John Cena] ahead of the [Grayson Waller] Effect this Friday on [SmackDown]?” The Aussie Icon, known for his quick wit, promptly noticed this tweet and quoted it, hinting at dreams coming true. “Take a second to let the moment sink in, dreams do come true,” Waller wrote. This had left fans thinking that Waller was breaking his character and having a fan moment.

This is quite a departure from his usual persona, as he’s known for giving WWE legends what he calls “The Grayson Waller Rub” and even The Rock had to face it. But considering his on-screen persona, it seems like Waller is suggesting that Cena’s dream will indeed come true after appearing on his show.

He tweeted, “Read through some of John Cena’s most inspirational tweets today and feel motivated to be a better person. For the rest of the week, I’m only going to post positive and uplifting tweets for the WWE Universe”. This has left fans puzzled as to how he had a change of heart. However, hardcore Waller fans assume that he is being his usual self.

As SmackDown prepares for an electrifying episode featuring John Cena, Waller has consistently maintained that he can give Cena the boost he needs to reignite his WWE career. Their paths had previously crossed at Money in the Bank, where Waller offered to host Cena on a special episode of his talk show at a future WrestleMania Australia but ended up on the receiving end of an Attitude Adjustment from the 16-time champion.
