Charlotte Flair has quite a resume in the WWE. From being a spectator, watching her father, WWE legend Ric Flair, battle his opponents to greatness, to scripting her own legacy as a 14-time female world champion, The Queen has done it all. Her run, however, has mostly been as a heel.

But she, like many of her peers, has broken character and allowed fans to witness another side of hers. One such incident took place recently.

The Queen loves to be pompous. After all, the sheer number of wins makes it difficult for her character to live humbly. Flair, however, is fully aware of the hate she receives for her gimmick. And she loves to roll with the insults.

At WrestleMania 36, Flair dressed as The Evil Queen against her match with Rhea Ripley. Later, she took to Instagram to share a picture from the event and the story behind her costume. “OH…… they don’t like me?!,” the 37-year-old wrote. So, as far as humor goes, Flair gets it and has it intact.

But there are times when even the coldest of hearts melt and that is exactly what transpired at a recent WWE event. A group of young girls showed up with placards cheering Flair. It said “The Queen”. Impressed by it, the superstar posed for multiple photographs with her young fans.

Reacting to the post on Twitter, she wrote: “My heart strings 🥹🦋 thank you little Queens 🩵”

Meanwhile, Flair had an admission to the WWE Universe after a rather unusual welcome late last year.

Charlotte Flair revealed the moment fans left her shocked with their chants

As mentioned above, Flair is used to the insults coming her way. Boos from fans don’t hurt her as she goes about her job of being a ruthless mean machine dismantling opponents and adding titles to her name. But on December 30th, 2022, something strange happened.

Flair returned after spending months away from the WWE. She faced Ronda Rousey and quickly pinned The Baddest Woman on the Planet to win the SmackDown Women’s Championship. In a usual scenario, this would have riled WWE fans, as it has in the past, especially with Flair’s title wins, but this one ended with positive chants for her.

A week later, she reflected on the moment in a chat with WWE correspondent Megan Morant. Flair said she would have to get used to the love. “The reception, I don’t know, makes me feel good, makes me wanna just smile while I’m out there. Be a little less evil Queen,” Flair said.

But Flair and the fans are back to business. This coming Friday, she has the chance to inch closer to her father’s 16 world title wins. Flair and Asuka would battle it out for the WWE Women’s Championship. While many fans are not happy with Flair being given a title shot right after coming back from a break, for Flair, it’s just another day at the office.
