WWE is a promotion offering wrestling combined with a lot of entertainment. In order to maintain a balance of both, they have top wrestling talents in the company and some celebrity guests that lace up wrestling boots from time to time. However, it seems like they couldn’t keep the same balance in their pay scale. As two wrestlers facing each other on the first night of WrestleMania 39 reportedly earned an amount that differs vastly from each other. 

The weekly top talents of the promotion must have felt this ill-treatment before. Recently, Becky Lynch has also voiced her opinion on this unfair treatment that she believes will kill the business soon. Now the revelation about the earnings of Logan Paul from The Show of the Shows might enrage fans as well.

Logan Paul reportedly made much more money than Seth Rollins

As per some sources, it’s been revealed that the Youtuber-turned-wrestler has surpassed several top WWE superstars when it comes to earrings from WrestleMania. It’s been over a year that Paul is associated with WWE and worked as a professional wrestler. However, his previous contract with the company expired with his last defeat at The Grandest Stage of Them All. Even though he failed to beat Rollins at the event, he has reportedly taken five times more money than the winner.

However, there’s no official detail on Paul’s contract, but the sources revealed him earning a $5m guaranteed purse for WrestleMania. And after including the other heavy chunk of money he will be receiving from the event, his total payout of the night was reportedly around $10 million. 

This piece of news might have already surprised some people when one compares it against the payout of the conqueror of the match, it would amaze them more. As per the sources, The Architect’s guaranteed purses include $1 million, and after combining the PLE sales revenue, he would end up with $2.5 million, almost five times less than the millionaire influencer.

This must be disheartening for the WWE’s top talent. However, keeping Paul’s worth in WWE in his mind, Rollins has voiced his concerns previously.

Before commenting on anything, Seth “Freakin” Rollins accepted the advantages of having celebrities from outside the world in WWE. He also mentioned how it’s been going on for ages. Previously, celebs like Lawrence Taylor have also been in the squared circle. However, as per Rollins he never went out and boasted about it like the 28-year-old. 

Further, Seth Rollins also pointed out how wrestling isn’t entirely a show business. And he doesn’t want the future generation to perceive it as such just because of Paul’s inclusion in the promotion for a few matches. It will be interesting if Rollins and Logan Paul cross paths again in WWE, now that The Maverick has signed a new contract with WWE.
