Cora Jade gets a sweet surprise from CM Punk

CM Punk displayed a heartwarming gesture recently by paying a surprise visit to fellow WWE Superstar Cora Jade, who is currently recovering from a recent ACL surgery. Jade, a prominent figure in NXT’s women’s division, had returned to action at NXT Deadline after a hiatus but unfortunately suffered a torn ACL shortly thereafter.

In a WWE vlog released as part of a series, CM Punk shared the news of his visit to Orlando to surprise Jade after her surgery. Expressing empathy for Jade’s situation, Punk mentioned in a vlog, “I’m bummed about it. I can’t imagine how she feels. She just came back.” 

The video captured Punk’s visit to a smoothie cafe. Cora Jade was spending time with friends. Roxanne Perez and Jacy Jayne were also present during this thoughtful encounter.

In the vlog, Punk’s sincere intention to lift Cora Jade’s spirits after her surgery is evident as he engages in a positive and supportive conversation with her. He says, “I’m just trying to lift your spirits.” Punk’s gesture underscores the tight-knit wrestling community and his genuine care for a fellow Superstar.

It is cute, especially whom he considers his daughter, ensuring her well-being. This is not the first time though that this wrestling father-daughter was seen together.

CM Punk, a beloved figure in professional wrestling, shared a picture on his Instagram featuring himself and NXT stars Cora Jade and Roxanne Perez. They’re whom he affectionately refers to as his “daughters.” It was reposted by WrestleZone as an IG post. 

The photo, taken after a gym session, captures the camaraderie between the former best friends turned rivals. In a tweet, Cora Jade playfully dubbed Punk as her “wrestling dad” and mentioned missing AJ Lee, whom she considers her “annoying sister.”
