Along with faction members Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky, Bayley succumbed to the team of Becky Lynch and the Hall of Famer duo of Lita and Trish Stratus. It was a classic heel vs babyface battle which was expectedly won by the latter. It will be interesting to see what Bayley means from her post with RAW.

Bayley took to social media and shared a cryptic post. The caption for it read, “And sometimes the most romantic love story comes to an end. Bye”. Naturally, her followers would most likely link it to her career with the Stamford-based company. It is quite unclear as to what the first-ever women’s grand slam champion’s activity on Twitter means.

Bayley revealed how Damage Ctrl came about

She appeared on Ariel Helwani meets and described how a call with Triple H brought about the creation of the stable within 24 hours. Bayley said, “He’s {Triple H} also can you be at SummerSlam this weekend? I’m like you mean tomorrow yeah and he said oh yeah yeah like well of course and then I freak out and I’m dripping sweat.

She further added, “So after we had talked he had contacted Dakota. He had contacted Iyo and I guess talked to creative and they figured this whole thing out”. Damage Ctrl famously made their debut in the SummerSlam PLE last year and has been received quite well.

Though, the recent loss of the faction seems to have taken a toll on leader Bayley as can be deduced from her recent tweet. Fans would be hoping that it is something of a heel tantrum rather than some real beef with her employer.
