Cody Rhodes‘ wife is pissed. A WWE legend recently took a shot at the new undisputed tag team champion and it looks like Brandi Rhodes is not happy with it. It was the first championship win (after returning from injury) for her husband, which called for celebration. But Michael Cole ruined the moment for the new champ on Raw.

At Monday Night Raw, Cole rubbed salt on Cody Rhodes’ wounds by asking hard-hitting questions about his recent title win. This left the latter speechless in the middle of the ring. But Brandi is not the one to keep quiet. Instead, she expressed her annoyance through a tweet. She showcased her ire with the WWE commentator by indicating she could incite violence.

Watch out, Michael Cole!

Going to the Twitter account, Brandi Rhodes conveyed she didn’t appreciate how Cole rubbed her husband’s past failures in his nose. She wrote,” Is Michael trying to get punched in the face? Or…?” This may be a hint that if Cole dares to repeat this behavior, she might use some physical force to teach him a lesson.

On this week’s edition of the flagship show, Cole interviewed the new tag team champions. He congratulated Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes for their victory at Fastlane. However, he then quickly shifted his focus towards questioning Cody Rhodes’, asking him about the future of his unfinished story.

Cody Rhodes’ story is not finished. He still has to win the Undisputed Universal Championship to finish his story and complete his American Dream. So Cole asked what millions of fans have been dying to know. How will Cody Rhodes finish his story now?

Without mincing his words, Cole straight up asked Cody Rhodes where his recent championship win puts him in terms of Universal title picture. He asked if the new champ was content with the tag team title, though his original goal in mind has always been to win the coveted world title from Roman Reigns‘ shoulders.

Adding to the harsh line of questioning, he asked him to answer if he is scared to go after Reigns’ title because he has already failed once (though not by his own fault). All these words coming out of Cole’s mouth were legitimate questions that fans wanted answers to. But to the Rhodes couple, those syllables must have hit like enormous boulders.
